Resolving Conflict Constructively Workshop

This three-day workshop provides participants with the opportunity to develop tools and improve skills in problem solving and conflict management on an interpersonal basis. The course includes skill building through theoretical discussion in small and large group settings; and practical application activities, such as exercises and role playing. Resolving Conflict Constructively is a prerequisite for Leading by Example and Introduction to Mediation, and is strongly recommended for Negotiation and Influencing.
